Right after we got home from our trip to the beach over Thanksgiving, Flat Kendall and I made a miles run to Orlando for the day. A miles run, you ask? That’s what we frequent fliers do when we’re just short of the next reward level on an airline. I was about 3,000 miles short of Premiere Executive on United, so I decided to do a quick miles run. I looked for the cheapest fare I could find. I flew out on Friday and back on Saturday morning. I didn’t even make it out of the airport in Orlando, but I did manage to get some pictures of Flat Kendall enjoying the trip.

We were home by 2:30 on Saturday. It was a whirlwind trip, but it means another year of upgrades and more leg room on the business trips I take. And you thought this only happened in the movies!
